  • ABC Partnership
    • Linkages and Success by 8 Community Schools Projects - Planning grants to coordinate with a range of community partners to develop a full-service community schools model.
  • Albuquerque Public Schools
    • Albuquerque Community Learning Centers Project - Afterschool programming for eight APS schools.
    • PICAASO - A demonstration grant to develop a model of collaboration for SES and 21st Century Community Learning Centers.
    • Schoolwide Positive Behavior Supports (SWPBS) - Part of a Safe Schools Healthy Students grant to improve school climate.
  • Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Planning
    • School-Based Health Care Improvement Project (SHCIP) - A demonstration grant to improve quality of School-Based Health Centers and make them a viable part of a patient centered medical home approach.
  • NM Department of Health - Office of School and Adolescent Health
    • School-Based Health Centers - Coordinate data collection and conduct evaluation for the state's network of over 60 SBHCs.
  • CYFD
    • Transitional Youth Housing - Develop and implement a comprehensive evaluation plan for CYFD's housing program for youth exiting juvenile justice and foster care.
  • NM Public Education Department
    • 21st Century Community Learning Centers  - Provide consultation and technical support for data collection and evaluation of the state's afterschool program.
    • GRADS: Making Connections for Success - Evaluation of a federal grant to foster better coordination between GRADS (a program for pregnant and parenting teens) and SBHCs.
    • State Personnel Development Grant - Evaluation and technical assistance for statewide federal grant to assist schools that are working to better address the needs of students with disabilities.
